From the top of the mountain there is a steep canyon which is dubbed as the &#8220;Grand Canyon of Oman&#8221;. It is definitively impressive, as the canyon is indeed very steep, but it is definitivly not as long or wide as the original one. <\/p>\n<p>On the rim there is a very nice hike into the canyon which goes all along to a deserted village which has been build on top of a big hole in the canyon wall.
